WW2 British HQ Squad

My British Army was missing a command squad, so I added an HQ unit. The models come from different boxes and needed a couple of modifications. My first idea was to build up an army fighting during the first years of the War, so most of the figures come from Esci/Italeri British Infantry box. Then, I found some very interesting scenarios about British EPSOM offensive in Normandy '44 (Skirmish Campaign book), so for wargame reasons I included also Revell British Infantry models.
The squad is led by an officer, helped by a sarge. A 2" mortar and a PIAT are added to provide covering fire to the infantry units. The squad is completed by a couple of runners armed by standard Enfield.
A Bren Carrier from Airfix kit has been added to give mobility to the squad: everywhere everytime!
In the following you can find some pictures.
The colour scheme is always the same used for the previous infantry.
Enjoy!
