WW2 British Infantry

My first work is a squad of WW2 British Infantry. The miniatures are basically from a couple of ESCI sets (now Italeri). There is a convertion from a British 8th Army infantry (top pic), using vinil glue to obtain long trousers from a short one. The paint scheme is very simple: English Uniform (Vallejo 921) for uniform and Khaki (Vallejo 988) for webbing. The main painting techniques are wash and drybrush, very useful for 1/72 scale. The miniature are glued on a cardboard squared base for wargaming purpose.
